I decided to be an au pair because I love children, travelling and meeting new people! So far I've met some lovely girls from all around the world at the orientation in New York and my host family are incredible.
I got matched with my family around December 2012, and instantly I knew this family would be perfect. My host mom 'Shanequa' (not real name, but a name we picked! Ha ha) and my host dad 'Harold' are lovely and as soon as I got there I felt so welcomed! My room is lovely and the house is beautiful. It's even got a red door which, is one of my favourite things, strangely enough. It's my ideal house!! Anyway, the children are adorable and so fun to be around there is 'Miracle' who's 14 and a very very bright girl! Honour role student and a very talented artist. 'Mike' who's 6, a very thoughtful little boy who loves dinosaurs! And 'Miguel' who's 2 and a half who is such a cutie pic, gorgeous
